|
Rubrics are
used to examine whether students have met the criteria for successfully
completing objectives for the course. The good thing about using
rubrics is they spell out for the student exactly what is expected for
them to performance at a high level for success.
A rubric is a guideline for assessing student performance.
It is the criteria or scoring rules against which student work will be
judged. One purpose of a rubric is to establish the key criteria that
students can use in developing, revising, and judging their own work.
Examine
the rubrics below for Standards 1, 2, 3. You may select certain
criteria to used when grading student projects, papers, and reports.
